A Certificate of Fitness is required for the supervision of flammable and combustible finishing operations.

 The Certificate of Fitness holder is responsible for the safe spraying, dipping or immersing of objects in flammable paints, varnish or lacquers, or any other flammable or combustible substance. The locations may include spray booths, spray rooms, dipping rooms, and storage rooms.

This Certificate of Fitness is valid only at a specific location and for the specific person to whom it is issued.
