You need an Industrial Laundry Delivery License if your business moves certain laundry.

You need this license if you transport laundry:

Laundry services means washing, drying, starching or ironing laundry for a fee. It does not include dry cleaning.

If you already have an Industrial Laundry License from the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) and you do Industrial Laundry Delivery services, you do not need this license.

*If you apply within six months of the license expiration date, you can pay the prorated fee plus the full fee for the next term. This way, you will not need to renew until the end of the next period.
Note: A nonrefundable 2 percent convenience fee is charged for using a credit card.

These materials are also listed above and must be submitted within five business days of filing the application online if they were not uploaded as part of the online application submission.
